1 Check-In ＆Check-Out time

  • Check-in time is after 16:00 pm. We can let you check in early if the room is ready. Please contact us by LINE or Email.(LINE ID:@trs.osaka，Email：[email protected])
  • Check-out time is before 11:00 am on the last day. After check-out, please leave the room key on the top of the shoes-box, and check again anything left.

3 Transportation

  • From Kansai Airport
Please take “Nankai Railway” to the “Tengachaya Station.”
 
  • From Kyoto, Nara, or others
Please take “Osaka Metro” to the “Tengachaya Station.”
 

4 Non-smoking in the room.

  • The room is “completely non-smoking”. If you need to smoke, please go to the outdoor balcony. Thank you for your cooperation.
 

5 Free WI-FI

  • We have free wifi in the house. And stuff will give you ID&PW when you arrive here.
 

6 Trash

  • We are not in your room during your stay. So please separate garbage into (1)PET, glass bottles (2)Paper (3)Others, thank you so much.
  

7 Room Key

  • Our staff will give you two keys, please keep it be careful. We will charge JPY 10,000 for one key if you lose it. Thank you for your cooperation.
 

8 Attention

  • IN JAPAN THAT GREAT ATTENTION TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE. BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHER GUESTS IN THIS BUILDING, PLEASE KEEP THE VOLUME DOWN FROM INTO THE BUILDING. ESPECIALLY WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR, LISTENING TO MUSIC, CHATTING, AND PACKING YOUR LUGGAGE, IT IS ALSO CAN’T BE RUN AND JUMPED IN THE ROOM. IF THE COMPLAINT IS CAUSED BY NOISE, THE POLICE MAY COME TO THE ATTENTION. IF IT IS VERY SERIOUS, IT WILL BE TAKEN TO THE POLICE STATION TO PERSUADE. WE REALLY DON’T WANT TO  WASTE YOUR TIME THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
